Tiers can be mixed — a hospital may sit in a different tier on each system. The bundle fee is the OPD tier plus the MCH tier, less 10%.
Every WhatsApp and Meta fee is paid by HealthBridge on your behalf. You will never see a per-message charge.
HealthBridge owns and runs the full technical stack. Hosting, monitoring, and updates are fully managed — nothing for your IT to maintain.
